Our Work

Real projects, real materials, real stories. Each one taught us something new.

We've been lucky enough to work on some pretty wild projects over the years - from converting old industrial warehouses to crafting mountain retreats that practically float over the landscape. Here's what we've been up to.

Cliffside Stone Residence

Cliffside Stone Residence

Muskoka, ON

Cantilevered over a granite outcrop - the client wanted drama and we delivered. Steel beams, local stone, and a whole lot of engineering headaches that turned into our favorite detail work.

Residential
Junction Steel Tower

Junction Steel Tower

Toronto, ON

Mixed-use development where we exposed all the structural steel instead of hiding it. Sometimes showing your bones is the right move. Ground floor retail, offices above, killer rooftop.

Commercial
Distillery District Conversion

Distillery District Conversion

Toronto, ON

1890s whiskey warehouse turned live/work lofts. We kept every brick we could salvage, threaded in modern steel staircases, and somehow got it past the heritage committee.

Heritage
Rosedale Passive House

Rosedale Passive House

Toronto, ON

Net-zero energy home that doesn't look like it's trying too hard. Thermal mass from stone walls, tons of natural light, and heating bills that make neighbors jealous.

Residential Sustainable
Queen West Bistro

Queen West Bistro

Toronto, ON

Restaurant interior where we built everything around a 200-year-old limestone wall we uncovered during demo. Sometimes the building tells you what it wants to be.

Commercial
Forest Hill Steel Frame

Forest Hill Steel Frame

Toronto, ON

Complete gut job where we kept only the facade. New steel skeleton inside, completely reimagined the flow. The before photos are almost embarrassing to show.

Residential
Leslieville Creative Hub

Leslieville Creative Hub

Toronto, ON

Office space for design studios with a green roof that's actually accessible. Reclaimed wood, exposed steel trusses, and natural ventilation that actually works in our climate.

Commercial Sustainable
Trinity Bellwoods Church

Trinity Bellwoods Church

Toronto, ON

Deconsecrated church turned into a residence. Yeah, we've done that project everyone dreams about. Kept the stained glass, added a mezzanine, and the acoustics are incredible.

Heritage
High Park Minimalist

High Park Minimalist

Toronto, ON

Less really is more on this one. Clean lines, Ontario limestone, floor-to-ceiling glass where it counts. The clients trusted us completely and it shows.

Residential
Liberty Village Factory

Liberty Village Factory

Toronto, ON

Textile factory from 1905 that we turned into tech office space. Original timber posts, new steel connections, and we sandblasted about three layers of old paint off those brick walls.

Commercial Heritage
Caledon Earth Shelter

Caledon Earth Shelter

Caledon, ON

Partially underground home that uses the earth itself for insulation. Sounds weird, works beautifully. Stone retaining walls, steel frame, and energy bills that are basically nothing.

Residential Sustainable
Harbourfront Boutique Hotel

Harbourfront Boutique Hotel

Toronto, ON

40-room hotel where every floor has a different character but it still feels cohesive. Lots of local stone in the lobby, steel staircases you actually want to use instead of the elevator.

We're always up for a challenge - whether it's a century home that needs saving or a blank site waiting for something special.
